General guidelines for commissioning, and some things to consider before setting an order.

Terms of Service

GENERAL RULES:✦ By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.✦ You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes (such as avatars, banners or printing for yourself) unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.✦ If you wish to use the commissioned artwork for comercial proposes, you must discuss it with me beforehand. The minimum price increases 100% of the original price, plus a commercial use fee will be added to the final price.
The following cases are considered commercial use:
Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, RedBubble, YouTube, etc).✦ Payment is upfront via Paypal or Wise Transfer (USD).✦ I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.✦ I reserve the right to post or use commissions as art samples. If you wish to keep the piece private, please make sure to let me know beforehand.✦ AI and NFT use is strictly forbidden.✦ You are not authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.✦ You are not authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”✦ Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

COMMISSIONING:After deciding what kind of artwork you want:✦ Make sure to add a description, written or sketched, of the elements you want included. This applies to characters, clothing, posing, accessories, composition, color scheme, etc. Add as many image references as you can (the more the merrier).✦ I'll send the first sketch(es) after payment is completed. At this stage the client can make as many changes as they see fit. Once the final sketch is done, any mayor changes will come at an extra charge.✦ Minor changes such as color/level correction are allowed after completion of the final piece.

REFUND POLICY:✦ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the initial sketch within the two months after payment.✦ Once I start the sketch there will be no refunds.✦ If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.
